Welcome to Nassau OTB Entertainment's BetNowNY Account Wagering, where one account does it all!
You can use the same Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Account or BetNowNY Players Club number and PIN to wager:
- in Nassau OTB branches, the Race Palace and Fast Track locations;
- via the Touch Tone (IVR) system and live telephone operators;
- and online at Nassauotb.com, a.k.a. BetNowNY.com (internet wagering is available only to New York State residents located in New York State).
Existing Accounts
Nassau OTB Telephone Accounts and Money Cards are now known as BetNowNY Players Club or Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Accounts. If you already have an account, use the same account number and PIN to wager online, on the telephone and in Nassau OTB branches, The Race Palace and Fast Track locations. BetNowNY Players Club
The BetNowNY Players Club is the premier rewards and account wagering program. Members earn rewards by wagering a minimum of $2,000 a month. The more you play, the more we pay.

Open An Account
To open an account you must read and accept the Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Account Rules, complete all required information on the application, submit a copy of your driver's license or government issued picture identification, and make an initial deposit of $10 dollars or more. Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering Account Rules and application form are provided below. When complete, you may submit it in one of the following ways:

Patrons must be at least 21 years of age.
Nassau OTB will verify account holder's age, social security number, and residency prior to opening the account.

Initial deposit minimum for a new account is $10. You may fund your account by cash, money order or personal check (please refer to check and money order deposit requirements attached to the account rules). DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Deposits
Deposits to your account can be made several different and convenient ways:
ACH DEPOSIT
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) process allows electronic transfers from your bank account to your BetNowNY Nassau OTB wagering account over the Internet. Funds can be deposited into your wagering account without waiting for checks in the mail or making a trip to your nearest OTB branch. ACH is secure and reliable.
You must login to deposit funds via ACH transfer.
BY MAIL

Checks and money order deposits may be made by mail or in person at any Nassau OTB branch, the Race Palace or Customer Service. CASH DEPOSIT
Cash or voucher deposits can be made at the self-service or teller wagering terminals at any Nassau OTB branch, the Race Palace or Customer Service, and at any self-service terminal at the Fast Track locations. Click here for Nassau OTB locations. To make a cash or cash voucher deposit at a self service terminal:
1. Insert and remove your Money Card.
2. Enter your PIN number.
3. Deposit your cash voucher (or, if using a cash accepting
machine, insert cash) into the designated area.
4. Select the "deposit" button on the screen.
5. When directed, insert your Money Card to confirm the
transaction.
6. Your new balance will then be immediately posted to your
account. Verify your balance.
7. You can begin wagering or select FINISH to end your
transaction.
8. You will be issued a receipt for your deposit.
CHECK AND MONEY ORDER DEPOSITS
Checks and money order deposits may be made by mail or in person at any Nassau OTB branch, the Race Palace or Customer Service. RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to insufficient funds shall result in the account being locked until the deposit is covered. Please make sure to have enough funds available to cover each transaction, as your check will be deposited immediately. Nassau OTB reserves the right to utilize your personal account wagering funds to cover unpaid checks at its own discretion. Return check fees may apply.
Cash Call CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS
Once you have established your Nassau OTB wagering account for at least 90 days, you are eligible to use Cash Call. Cash Call allows you to make deposits to your Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering account using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Within minutes after authorization is verified, your Cash Call deposit will be credited to your account. The amount of your deposit and the service fee will appear on your next credit card statement. You must use your own credit card. No 2-party transactions are allowed.
Service charges will be assessed when you use Cash Call:

There is a $500 dollar limit on the amount you may deposit in your account using Cash Call during any 24-hour period. However, the limit is extended to $1,000 on the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes, Travers and Breeder's Cup Days. (Special occasion fee) $501 - $1,000 $32.50 Under new Federal Regulations, when requesting a Cash Call transaction you will be required to provide a Driver's License (or State ID number) and Date of Birth.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal from your account can be made several different convenient ways.
Please note that your PIN will be needed to make such transactions and, for security purposes, you should not release your PIN to anyone.
BY MAIL
If you wish to have some or all of your balance mailed to you, simply complete a withdrawal slip (pdf) and mail it to:

Checks will be mailed out within three (3) business days of receipt. All mail-withdrawal requests must arrive with a withdrawal slip to ensure accuracy. Withdrawal slips are available on-line or by calling the Customer Service at 516-572-2800 ext. 178 or 179.
AT NOTB BRANCHES, THE RACE PALACE AND FAST TRACK LOCATIONS
Cash voucher withdrawals may be made in person at all Nassau OTB locations during operating hours through any self-service terminal. Click here for Nassau OTB locations. To make a cash voucher withdrawal follow these simple steps:
- Insert and remove your Money Card
- Select the withdrawal option
- Insert and remove your Money Card
- Enter the amount of your withdrawal
You will receive a credit voucher for the amount specified. You can take this voucher to any teller to obtain cash.

Receive Track Prices
OTB waives the surcharge and you receive track prices for any winning wagers placed on a Permanent Wagering Account:
- Online on the internet at www.nassauotb.com
- At the Race Palace
- At other branch and Fast Track locations and via live operator or Touch Tone system, if your account has a balance of $300 or more at the beginning of the call or wager session.
Wager Cancellation Policy
All Permanent Account wagers placed via the internet, the touch tone system and the live operators can only be cancelled through an operator at the telephone betting center at 1-800-TELBETS (1-800-835-2387).
When thirty (30) minutes or less remain before post time of a race, permanent account wagers made in the branches, the Race Palace and the Fast Track locations may only be cancelled through an operator at the telephone betting center at 1-800-TELBETS (1-800-835-2387).
Daily Accounts
Nassau OTB also provides Daily Accounts for use in the branches and the Race Palace.
Daily Account wagers can not be cancelled once they are confirmed.
Daily Account winning wagers only receive track prices if they are made at the Race Palace.
